Why choose Apex Live Audio
Live sound has no second take. When the artist walks on, everything has to work, sound right and keep working for the whole set — and that is exactly why touring artists, promoters, event organisers and production teams have trusted us with their shows. We plan every event in detail, from system design, stage plots and input lists to power, rigging and RF, so there are no surprises on the day.
We invest in the best equipment available because reliability is not something you can hire cheaply, and we maintain it to touring standard. Audio quality and vocal intelligibility are paramount, so every system is tuned properly for the room and mixed by engineers who listen. That’s what makes us the safest choice.
How we work
We make the live audio process simple, professional and stress-free. Here’s how we turn your event into a seamless experience.
Tell us about the show
Send us the venue, the date and the act — or the technical rider if you have one — and we’ll come back with a clear package: the system we’d design, the crew we’d send and one price.
01
Advance & plan
In the lead-up we advance the show with your team or the artist’s, confirm power, access and schedule, and arrive with everything tested and spares on the truck.
02
Arrive ready
We ensure all equipment is fully prepped prior to arrival at the event, so everything ‘just works’ on the day.
03
Mix with confidence
On the day you get an engineer who has already planned the room and a system that’s been tuned before doors open.
04
Who we work with
We work with a wide range of clients across the live events industry, from touring artists to local community groups. We specialise in international and nationwide touring, having toured all over Europe and the UK, as well as the United States.
